GRIT Training is the 90,000 square feet facility formally known as Courthouse Fitness Center located behind Red Arrow Car Wash off of Lakeland Dr. in Flowood, MS. This special facility has been a staple for fitness fans in the Jackson area for over 40 years and with recent renovations will continue to serve the area for many more years to come!
